Our Coffee
Our coffee is born in the renowned La Cholita Farm, nestled in the mountains of Tarrazú—a region celebrated for the excellence of its beans. Under the care of José Antonio Mata Haug, each harvest is cultivated with dedication and deep respect for coffee-growing tradition.
This is a high-altitude coffee, balanced and aromatic, revealing fruity notes and sweet hints of caramel. Artisan roasted, every cup honors the cultural essence of Nicoya, bringing together origin, tradition, and experience in a profile that lingers on the senses.
